The acquisition and disposal of Wine is not a regulated activity under United Kingdom Financial Services legislation as this is a tangible asset as is property,land, gold,diamonds etc.. We are however regulated for all movements of wine in bond with HMRC(Her Majesties customs and excise) .We are not responsible for any movement of wine by any client and any charges incurred if we are not notified as such.The current rate for releasing a case under bond is twenty one sterling pounds per case in the UK.If movement is to a bonded warehouse of a client’s choice in the UK or any other country in the world then no such charge is incurred as the case stays in bond.
